I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical this year in UP.The minimum rank cut off of up state quota for mbbs in government college was 24640 rank in UP RURAL INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE AND RESEARCH, ETAWA.
Also you do not have a chance of getting into government dental college since cut off was 14086.
