My NEET rank is 2.6 lakh . I know I won't get a MBBS college. Will I be able to land a BDS course in Manipal dental college?

It seems that it would be difficult for you to even take admission into Manipal Dental college.
If you could let me know if you belong from any caste, I would be able to help you more.
Although, if you have a domicile of your state, you may apply from state Quota.
