Hello
With a NEET 2025 rank of 297,172, a seat in Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) may be unlikely in most government colleges, but some colleges still accept ranks in this range—especially under All India Quota on private categories

Explore private/state-level veterinary colleges with management or conduct-based admissions.
Consider alternative health or life science degrees if veterinary opportunities remain limited.
With 358 marks in NEET and an All India Rank of 2,97,172, your chances of getting a seat in a government veterinary college through the all India 15% quota are very low. Most government veterinary colleges under the VCI (Veterinary Council of India) counselling close before 90,000 rank.
But you still have chances in some states through the state quota if you are from OBC and your state has lower cutoffs. Some states accept marks between 350 to 400 for veterinary courses under OBC quota. You can also apply for private veterinary colleges. Many private colleges take students with 300 to 400 marks in NEET.
You should apply for state counselling in your home state and also look at private college options. Your score is not enough for top colleges like IVRI or TANUVAS, but private colleges or lesser-known state colleges may give you admission.
