But u may get a chance in deemed / (private) management .
Seat allotment depends on  various factors like no of students participated in councilling, no of students applying for admission, no of seats available etc

YOU HAVE CHANCES TO GET ADMISSION IN DEEMED UNIVERSITIES OR TAKE 1YEAR DROP TO PREPARE WELL FOR NEET 2020.

BUT AS SUCH FOR THIS SCORE CHANCES ARE VERY LESS.
