my neet score is 188 my category is obc( nt) is there any chance to get mbbs govt clg or BDS govt clg

You have less chances in 15 % AIQ and state level quota, but you can try in private colleges.
I will suggest you to apply for NEET next year and prepare for it dedicatedly this year.
