With 269 marks and belonging to BC category you cannot get government college for medical but you can get private medical college in your domicile state through state quota. If you don't have to go for it then you can opt for any bachelor's degree like BSc physiotherapy, opthalmology, radiology, biology, biotechnology etc from government college.

We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

You have scored good but with this score you can't get a government seat in up medical colleges. You can apply for private colleges in up and have them but they are expensive about 7,00,000-21, 00,000 lakh per annum
You can also have  bhms or bams seat in your state quota so apply for counselling in your state.
