The possibility of the govt. medical colleges for you is almost nil. You have to go for the private colleges only. You have asked about the fees so that the fee structure depends upon the college or institute you choose and you can easily get the college with the expense less than 10 lacks annuually. But the thing about the fees is highly unpredictable and no one can tell acuuratelu unless the college is specified. So there is no need to get into the chaos as you can have the college and you have to go for the counselling rounds for the admissions through the state counselling committee and after that you will be able to get the college.
