Hi Candidate! Cutoff varies year by year and it also depends on various factors like difficulty level of paper,seats in qualifying exam, number of students appeared for the qualifying exam. Please do share your category also so it is more helpful for me to give more clarified answer. But, in this marks if you are from SC/ST then you may have chance to get a seat in govt college, otherwise it is little bit difficult.

You can refer to above link which is given in my answer. There is a list of college according to the category,marks and rank. But somewhere it is little bit difficult for you to get a seat in the government college.
