My neet score is 403 . I didn't got mbbs in two rounds of state counseling (Gujarat) ..is there any chance that I can make it in mop up rnd?

I am extremely sorry to tell you but you will not get a seat in government medical college under state quota for general category according to past year trends.
For example, last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for general category was 473 marks and it was for Govt. Medical College, Bhavnaga.
So, I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.

I am sorry to tell you but you will not get even self financing medical colleges. For example, last year marks required for general category for GMERS Medical College, Vadnagar was 419.
