You have low score and so getting a semi government college in Madhya Pradesh is difficult for you as the cutoff has increased this year. But there are chances of you getting a semi government college in mop up round. Though you have fair chances of getting a medical seat in self funded colleges.

Dear Vaishali, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, there are approximately 1750 MBBS seats for grabs in State Counselling. The cut offs for various Categories in 2018 under State Quota have been as follows:

General Category: 493
OBC: 482
SC: 326
ST: 282

With a score of 410, unless you belong to SC/ST Categories, it is unfortunately not possible for a seat even in a Private Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam
