Well as per rules any student can apply for private medical and dental colleges in any state inclusive of his or her won domicile state. You are eligible to get a seat in any private medical or dental college in India if you clear the cut off, of course.

Some states like Maharashtra has low cut off for private colleges but some like Karanataka has high cut offs for private colleges.
