Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.With 479, you might get a seat in this college because in 2018 under All India Quota, 464 marks secured a seat in his college under SC Category. Which means, the scores are lesser for State Quota. And going by the trend of cut offs, you have a decent chance in this college.

GMC Nagpur last year had 464 marks cutoff for the sc category under AIQ quota. So your marks are above it but at the same time you might be knowing that the cutoffs have risen very high in Maharashtra since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively and students from your state had performed exceptionally well.
