The qualifying marks for getting the admission in IPU for MBBS and BDS are around 600 so there are chances because you are near about the marks. Here is a list of various government medical colleges under IPU and their respective cut offs for admission under the All India quota for the general category in 2018. You can expect a similar cut off this year too. Hence a score of 545 won't be sufficient for IPU.
