If you do not accept their limited seat in second round then you're raised selfie will be refunded after deduction of 15% service charge. If you accept the allotted seat in first round still you appearing for second round counselling then after you have got a seat in second round then you have to accept your first priority alloted college in the first round. In this case if you denying the  first round alloted college and not joined the second round alloted college you will get refund of no amount of money  as you deposited..
