My NISER rank in NEST 2020 is 473 and i belong to general category. Are there any chances of getting a seat in NISER.

Yes , you have a fair chance to get admission into NISER . The cutoffs depends on factors like number of seats available, number of candidates applying , difficulty level of the paper etc. The last year NISER NEST cutoff for general category was 800 and you have 473 so do not worry. The counselling is about to start on 22nd October for NISER.
