Hello Aditya,
IIIT Bangalore offers admission in integrated 5-year M.tech in CSE and integrated 5-year M.tech in ECE based on marks obtained in JEE Mains. According to 2018 cutoffs of IIIT Bangalore, the cutoff score for integrated 5-year M.tech in CSE was 182 while for ECE, it was 170. Please note that cutoffs may vary based on factors like number of students appearing, number of seats available, difficulty level of the paper etc.
