Congratulations on qualifying JEE-MAINS. So your rank is good both general and OBC as well. Speaking about chances yes you have pretty good chances of getting NIT but I'll suggest try also for GFTIs and IIITs. To be on the safer side and incase of stream. Obviously CSE will has high cutoff. So better go for other branches as well.

i know you would have prepared very hard but it seems very difficult for you to get a seat in lower nit with a good branch. i would suggest it is no point going to a lower nit with a not so good branch too as private colleges like Thapar and VIT are much better than lower rank NIT.
lower rank NIT hold no importance so i would suggest, you opt for private colleges.
