My parents are from bihar but i am born and brought up in maharashtra. I am living in maharsahtra since birth. I belong to obc category. My caste comes under the central list of backward classes. From which state (maharashtra or bihar) should i apply for OBC NCL certificate for submitting in JEE ?

As your family belong to Bihar but you have been in Maharashtra from your birth hence, you can definitely make your certificates. So if you already have your certificate made of respect to any state than for that particular state you can avail the benefits of your category. Now if you are willing to make that certificate in Maharashtra than you should have the required proofs and documents and the list of that you will be getting in the Government office hence, you should definitely try to visit once there hope so it was helpful.

1) My OBC NCL certificate made from bihar will work in JEE OBC NCL reservation
2) My OBC NCL certificate made from maharashtra will also work in JEE OBC NCL reservation
3) if i dont have OBC NCL certificate of maharashtra then also I can attain maharashtra’s DOMICILE reservation (reservation for home state) but NOT maharashtra’s OBC NCL reservation
Are all these points right? Pls respond sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻
