My pcb percentage is 48 % but I get grace marks in physics and chemistry.. Am I eligible to give the neet exam? (my caste is obc)

Yes, you are eligible for NEET 2019.
If your PCB marks is over than 40% then you are eligible.
Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC) should score a minimum of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
