Your 12th grade will help you and will need it as a eligible criteria for the entrance exams like JEE mains, EAMCET, UPSEE, etc. This doesn't effect you while you are pursuing your B. Tech.

Whatever the percentage you get in class 12th doesn't matter in the 4years of your B. Tech. This only helps you to choose a good college with good branch if at all any weightage of class 12th is added.

As per your query about the promblem in future .

Yes, there can be some minor problems with that because some of the college asks to maintain 75% and also in the getting a job it might affect you .don't worry if you are talented in your specific field you can crack a job easily

No once you join Btech courses no one will ask you your 12th percentage. As long as you perform well in entrance exams and get enough rank to be able to join the Btech course in a specific college, It woun't be of any significance.

As for the part of your basics which you may lack or maynot, can impact your future studies. One such subject that may cause trouble due to lack of basics would be maths.
