Hello there.

IF you wnat to pursue Clinical Psychology you can apply for the course of Applied Psychology. Aplied PSychology is a postgraduate course comprising of 4 semesters. In the 3rd semster you will get to choose the specialisation, then you can choose to speacialise in Clinical Psychology. Except a few private universities, most of the univerisities offer a postgraduate course in Applied Psychology not Clinical Psychology. Clinical is only a specialisation.

For becoming a Clinical Psychologist you will have to complete your MPhil from a RCI registered institute to get your license to work full time as a clincial Psychologist.

Hope this helps.
