You have scored good in neet 2019, and with this marks you can have mbbs seat in Rajasthan. As the last year opening marks for mbbs under state quota were 545 for general category. 

If you want to have afmc then you have to register to its counselling and you have to give another entrance exam of afmc. And then you will be selected on the basis of over all marks.

Fristly congratulation for your result ,you have done very well.According to the last year cut off 2018 of General Category you have good chances to get admission in govt. medical college in Rajasthan as the cut off for Government Medical College, Dungarpur was 560. You too have good probability of getting admission in AFMC as the cut off marks 2018 was 551/720 for girls.

So, now you have to decide in which college you want to aaply for.Go for it and grab a seat :)
