In my opinion at that obc rank it is very difficult to get any iit even if you go with the lower iits here I am considering that 8300 is your obc rank not your crl rank. Including all iits max to max closing rank for obc category is 7000(that too in very rare cases). I would advice you to go with colleges accepting jee main score assuming that you mains score is good. With such a high rank it is tough to get any college(iit) from jee advanced.
