First of all congrats! man, you have done really well. Coming to your query, as per the rank that you have specified..you will definitely get a seat in CSE at Bangalore campus because the cutoff has been around  6,500 for non-local quota and 10,000 for state quota. So, that wouldn't be a problem and you could easily make a way into it.

Chances are there only if you hold a state quota of karnataka state. If you hold a state quota then 100% sure you will get CSE in bangalore but if you are from open category then too you are not out of chances. The open category cutoff closes around 6K.

So there are quite a good chances of ypours to get CSE in bangalore.
