Considering the previous year cut off you have very less chances of getting seat in IITs. You may have chances of getting seat in IIT, Kanpur in Computer Science. However, you have good chances of getting seat in NITs based on previous year cut off in CCMT special round 1 counselling. Here is the list of NITs in which you may get seat under OBC-NCL category

• National Institute of Technology Agartala: Computer Science & Engineering

Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and number of seats available etc.
