Hello student,
You have chances of procuring a seat in the top IIT's when comparing the results of previous years. But, branches like CSE or ECE is not possible. You can get courses like Biological engineering, chemical engineering, Mining engineering in those IIT's. If you want branches like CSE or ECE, you can get IIT's like IIT Dhanbad and IIT Jammu.
