My rank in IPU Cet 2019 in bba is 3005. Can i get Vips?

According to your rank it's a bit difficult to secure rank in VIPS. The cutoff of VIPS is usually much higher. Though you can keep trying till the last round.

Thanks for your answer but according to this website's college predictor, I can get VIPS but the 2nd shiftCan you plz tell me if its good or not?
