My rank in ipu cet for B-tech biotechnology is 980 will i get any best college? If yes so i want to know about scope of biotechnology?

Biotechnology is generally not offered by many if colleges under IPUCET.

However you can surely get Btech In Biotechnology at GGSIPU under this rank.

Secondly, Biotechnology has decent scope across various research and development roles, Production management, etc.
Average package is 3-5lpa.
