thanks for asking your query as per your category rank in jee mains 2019 you cannot get any college through the counselling of josaa because your rank is considerebly poor which could not suffice you to get any college of engineering.

Sorry to say this but with your rank it is very hard to get into any college.
So,you do have other options like long term or go for local colleges with your respective state cet.
