My rank in VITEEE 2019 is 33639 . Can I get second phase counselling as I could not go for my first counselling ?

Hi. This is completely dependent on the university policy. You should contact VIT university as soon as possible. I think you should be able to get the second phase counselling. Contact the office via email and call them if necessary. Again, it all depends upon their admission policies.
