No, you can't get CSE in VIT with this rank as VIT Officialy takes upto 1 lakhs rank at management quota that too with 5lakhs per annum fees.

So, i think it will be quite impossible officialy but  i am not sure about the Unofficial ways.

See the rank u have scores is not good for u to grab a set in the VIT to pursue ur highr studies in the field of ur interest. But management quota will provide u any of the seat in any of the campus as it is a private institution.
