Sorry to inform you but you can't get CSE in heritage Institute of Technology even in spot round. In HIT maximum rank goes around 4500-5000 in CSE. If you want CSE then try other college.

It depends upon if seat is available or not.
But in computer science and engineering every seat is almost full till 3rd round so you probably can't get cse in heritage or Haldia .
Try for low colleges.
