Well as per your TS EAMCET rank of 19140 under BC-B girls category , you will not get the top notch colleges under TS-EAMCET. Speaking about getting JNTU, you might be able to get a seat there. JNTU College of Engineering , Sultanpur :

Note : The above mentioned cutoff is 2018 TS-EAMCET cutoff for BC-B Girls.
