My rank is 29679 obc ncl which nit can i get??

With that rank you have a chance of getting NITs. But you don't have chance of getting top branches. If your apply for your state college under state Quota you have a chance of getting your required branch.

Hello student,
You have not mentioned which state you belong to. With a rank of around 29,000 in obc category, you can get NIT's only in a few branches in a few states. But, getting a seat in top NIT's is not possible. Also, One thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas. However, you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
