Previous year minimum marks admitted for a general candidate was 420 for tezpur medical college tezpur.
You may get the colleges listed below :

2-Jorhat Medical College, Jorhat
3-Silchar Medical College and Hospital, Silchar
4-Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh
5-Guwahati medical College

Dear Iqbal, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 420
OBC: 342
SC Plains: 264
SC Hills: 343
ST Hills: 211

Irrespective of your Category with 477 marks you have a fair chance at a seat in any of the Government Medical Colleges.
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges at:
