You have not mentioned your category but still you have a fair chance of getting CSE in NIT in last or spot round even if you belongs to general category. It depends on councelling. Do the choice feeling properly . Try to consult some councellor who are expert in this thing. You may not get old NIT's but hopefully you can get one of new NIT's?
