My rank is 66000,which college in NIT can I get

Hii.
Your rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have no chance of getting any NITs or IIITs.
You should apply for state government colleges through State entrance exams and some private Colleges such as VIT SRM BITS through their own exams.
You should also prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good next year.

If you belong to general or obc category then with this rank you are not going to get any of the NIT's.
