As you know that category is included first time from this year. We don't have any previous year data and cut offs to analyse and to predict that what will happen .
But according to statistics and number of seats available you have fair chance that you will get ece branch in many good nits ( like kurukshetra ; Allahabad ; Raipur ; Jamshedpur ; Allahabad ; etc ) ; but for CSE there is less chance in good colleges ( good nits ) .
You can get low rank nits ( cse ) and in State give colleges you will easily get any branch ( like YMCA ; dcrust etc.)
So you should take part in counseling and fill your choices very smartly ( fill only those in which you wants to go and can go if you allot any of filled choices ).
