my rank preparatory sc rank in jee advance is 3655.can i get iits and i can.. then in which iits i can get in which branches???

This is to let you know that you should not completely rely on a preparatory rank as it is given by a small percent of the total students and is thus unreliable. But if you were to get this rank in JEE Advanced then you would probably get into probably some of the best IIT's like IIT Delhi or maybe even IIT Kharagpur. In these colleges there is a high chance that you would get any branch except CS at a rank of about 3500. You can use a JEE Advanced college predictor like the one linked below
