Hello,

The closing rank mentioned may belong to someone from a reserved category. So there is no need to panic. But if you still have doubt regarding the counselling process that is taking place you may contact the helpline numbers in https://upsee.nic.in/publicinfo/Public/View.aspx?page=72 and address your respective concerns. No, I've checked if that rank was for some quota or not and it was not . i also called on provided helpline number but nobody answered it.

You can approach the UPSEE counselling committee and person and deliver an application regarding your issue then. Please call the numbers again if possible preferably during work hours.
