It is difficult to predict the state rank, so kindly wait for your state merit list. According to your All India Rank, you have less chances for admission to Government medical colleges under AIQ. Also, fee structure vary from college to college. Kindly mention your state and the name of college of which you want to know the fee structure then I can answer you better accordingly.
