Dear aspirant,

According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year,depending upon level of difficulty of upsee this year,no of candidates applying to IET this year to govt colleges through UP state quota (from general category )so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity,well is will depend on your common rank too,The seat allotment is done on the basis of air,not on the basis of category ranks. For each category some percentage of seats are reserved. When the allotment has been done on the basis of general ranks then the seats are allotted to reserved category students according to their general ranks,Last year cut off rank of the person getting a seat at IET lucknow through SC category from state quota had a rank of 4266 in round 1, so if you all india rank is under 4266 yes you might have a chance,went to 5704 in round 3.
