My sc rank in jee mains is 51508 and percentile is 47.433. Will I get seat in nit suratkal.

I'm sorry, but it's really difficult for you to get into any NITS with this category rank. If your general CRL rank was 51508, then you would have had a chance.
To get seat in NIT Surathkal for reserved category (by home state quota) , you need a rank between 100-3000. For other states quota, you need slightly higher rank ( between 100-3500).

Sorry but with this score and percentile your chances of getting a seat in nit suratkal is very low. The cutoff for sc usually goes high in nit suratkal so you need to score good to get your desired college and branch.
