First of all, I congrats you to get such a great score. With this score you can surely land up in BITS hyderabad! Secondly, you must know that cutoffs are decided on the basis of:
1) No. of students.
2) No. of seats.
Cutoffs for different streams keep on fluctuating every year.You can have a look at last years cutoffs for Electronics and Instrumentation engg.
2018: 286
2017:298
2016:313
2015: 311
2014: 307
2013: 295
The cutoffs are decreasing over the years.According to me you must get admission in BITS hyderabad based on last years cutoff till the last round but I said it depends on no. of students appeared.

As per the marks obtained by you, you may get you desired branch i.e. electronics and instrumentation in the second round in bits Hyderabad. But the cut offs are not steady they change every year. Hope for the best. You may refer to this link for more clarification on cut off trends.
