163 in Neet is just the marginal score which is not appropriate to get a college. Through all India quota the cutoffs for BDS are usually higher and that is why any score at least less than 530 out of 720 is less for general category candidate. However you can try for state counselling as for state quota candidates the cutoffs are comparatively low and the private medical or dental colleges participate in state counselling so you have chances to get seat in private dental colleges. Or else you can try for Sidhha or Unani but getting a good college would be difficult. To get complete list of colleges you can based on your rank use this link http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer You can appear for Neet again in next year and get a chance to increase your score.
