My score is 350 in 2019 and i am an obc do i have a chance of getting bhms in govt. College?

There is definitely some chance for you to get a seat. Wait for now and go for the counselling when it begins. It is likely to begin soon as round 1 of neet counselling is over. Till last year they considered a score above 200 a safer one. So this tells that you do have Chance. Hope for the Best.
