I m sorry but these marks are low to get you an admission in govt Colleges in Karnataka. If talking about private colleges you still have a higher chances of getting a admission there. The cut off marks for unreserved category in Karnataka ranges from 686-470.

Sorry to say but the chances of getting a seat in a government medical college are really low but you can try for the private universities.

According to your marks you have chances for admission to Government seat in private colleges. you also have chances for admission to Central and deemed universities

Also, NEET marks required for admission to  Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences, Koppal  under state quota last year was 395. So, you can also try for admission to this government college also.
