Admission to MBBS course based on NEET marks in government colleges is done under two categories 15% All India quota and 85% state quota.

With 429 marks and 1210 ST category rank it will be difficult to get good medical colleges on All India quota but she has great chances of getting good medical colleges in your homestate. So check list of medical colleges in your state and follow their admission process.

As far as known on the basis of previous sure shot selection criteria I must say, that score above 500 is a safe score to ensure a seat ina government medical college. But if look at the state rank, there might be a chance. If not immediately after applying for counselling but maybe afterwards. Keep up the hopes.
