Your sister has a chance at securing admission in MBBS course Depending on the college and state she applies to. It also matters which state she’s a domicile of, because then cutoffs are different for the 85% state Quota seats as well as for the 15% All India Quota seats. Cutoffs vary Based on the difficulty of exam as well as the number of students appearing for it.

She is from bihar..I have no idea of college..I want govt.college..If govt.can'tThen BDS but in govt.college and also need good placement
