First of all congrats to your sister on securing 60th rank in IPU CET. IPU colleges have a reservation for Delhi students, but since your sister has secured 60th rank, she will surely get topmost colleges. IPU has not released the list of colleges for BA english hons but your sister might get into the main campus of IPU which is a very renowned college. You can also try for other private colleges. But, if your sister's class 12th percentage is good enough, try for Delhi University Colleges. DU would definitely turn out to be a better option than any of the IPU colleges.
